Conventional methods such as culture, underestimate the incidence of bacterial meningitis and sepsis Meningitis Bacterial ELITe MGB® Kit product is part of a qualitative multiplex nucleic acids amplification assay for the detection and identification of the DNA of Neisseria meningitidis,Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae and Haemophilus influenzae type B in clinical samples. The assay is CE-IVD validated, in combination with ELITe InGenius®, a fully automated sample-to-result solution.
