Bio-Speedy® Human Metapneumovirus (HMPV), Respiratory Syncytial Virus A / B, Human Rhinovirus Multiplex RT-qPCR Detection Kit is based on one step reverse transcription with qPCR with the aid of labeled oligonucleotides designed for specific gene regions of Human Metapneumovirus (HMPV), Respiratory Syncytial Virus A / B and Human Rinovirus viruses found in nasopharyngeal aspirate / lavage, throat swab specimens, bronchoalveolar lavage specimen, sputum specimens, etc. HMRRS- Oligo Mix contains HEX-labeled PDV targeted oligos, ROX marked Respiratory Syncytial virus A / B targeted oligos, FAM labeled Human Metapneumovirus (HMPV) targeted oligos and Cy5 marked Human Rinovirus targeted oligos.
Oligos targeted to Phocine Distemper Virus (PDV) in the context of HMRRS-Oligo Mix are used for internal control purposes. The target gene sequence of the Phocine Distemper Virus used in the sample during viral nucleic acid extraction from the respiratory tract system, “Bio-Speedy® Viral Nucleic Acid Isolation Kit” and the “RINA ™ M14 Viral Nucleic Acid Isolation Kit” developed for robotic systems are offered together. Nucleic acid extraction control, sample-based inhibition control and kit reagent control are performed by the internal control reaction.

Bio-Speedy® Human Metapneumovirus (HMPV), Respiratory Syncytial Virus A / B, Human Rhinovirus Multiplex RT-qPCR Detection Kit is a qualitative in vitro medical diagnostic kit used to assist in the detection of Human Metapneumovirus (HMPV), Respiratory Syncytial Virus A / B, Human Rinovirus infections in Nucleic Acid isolates isolated from throat swab samples, bronchoalveolar lavage samples, sputum samples, etc. It is possible to obtain results in as little as 90 minutes as the gene regions of target viruses are amplified by qPCR with single step reverse transcription and detected in real time.
