Bio-Speedy® Legionella pneumophila Multiple Region DNA Typing (HRM) Analysis Kit is based on the principle which is that after the genomic DNA of Legionella pneumophila were isolated by heat treatment and centrifugation, flaA, pilE, asd, mip, mompS, proA and neuA loci of theDNA of the legionella pneumophila are amplified with Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR) and sequence difference is analyzed with high resolution melting curve (HRM) analysis, and multiple region sequences are written with appropriate software.
INTENDED USE
Bio-Speedy® Legionella pneumophila Multiple Region DNA Typing (HRM) Analysis Kit is based on the principle of grouping bacterial samples by obtaining the bacterial DNA required for molecular testing from the appropriate strain of Legionella pneumophila bacterial culture which cause legionellosis disease and by performing multiple zone sequence typing (MLST) using high resolution melting curve (HRM) analysis.
