Bio-Speedy® Legionella spp., Legionella pneumophila, Legionella pneumophila serogroup 1 Real-Time PCR Screening Kit is based on the Real-Time PCR (qPCR) detection of the “mRNA” gene region of the Legionella pneumophila bacterial strain, the “wzm” gene region of the subspecies of Legionella pneumophila serogroup-1 and genomic region of the 16S rRNA gene of Legionella bacteria. The kit also contains internal control reagents. Sample-based inhibition control and reagent control are performed with internal control reactions (qPCR IC and qPCR IC-PC)
