Bio-Speedy® Salmonella spp. Real-Time PCR Detection Kit is based on the detection of the invA (invasive antigen A) gene of Salmonella spp bacteria by real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). The kit also contains internal control reagents. With the internal control reactions (qPCR IC and qPCR IC-PC), sample-based inhibition control and kit reagent control are performed.
